Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policy for returns and refunds below.

General Returns Eligibility

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

  • Refund Amount: We will credit the full order amount, minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Condition: All returned items must be in new and resalable condition.

Our Error Guarantee

If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product), we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Please note the following items are generally excluded from returns:

Item Category Return Policy
Supplements / Perishable Items Cannot be returned once opened, unless the product was received in a damaged or expired condition.
Personal or Usable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal items or once-usable items, including braces and magnetic wraps, unless they are unopened and unused.

How to Initiate a Return

All items returned must have a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  1. Online Request: Simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the eligible order.

  2. Contact Us: Alternatively, please contact us by email or call Customer Service to request an RA number.

Refund Processing Time

You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

This time period accounts for:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days).

  • Processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days).

  • The time it takes your bank or credit card company to process the refund (variable).

We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. Processing and Shipping Times

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after the order is placed.

  • Shipping Method: Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout (e.g., Standard, Expedited) and your location. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Exact shipping charges will be displayed for your review during the checkout process before final payment.

3. International Shipping Restrictions

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. However, due to specific customs regulations concerning health and wellness products, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Germany

  • Belgium

  • Norway

If an order is placed with a shipping address in one of these restricted countries, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and handling charges incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

  • Declaration: We are required to declare the actual value of all items on the customs form and cannot mark orders as "gifts."

  • Risk: We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing your order.
